With over 30 locations + a centralised Head Office, the team at Big Child Care looked to FL3P to service their day to day IT Operations Management.
The business problem we solved
- Ensure core business systems were updated, secure, and always available.
- Provide Level 1, Level 2 and On Site support for both site locations & head office.
- Provide Disaster Recovery support when things didn’t go to plan.
What we did
Over the course of 4 years, FL3P fielded over 1,200 calls & support tickets for Big Child Care, helping to ensure team across 30 locations were connected and able to maintain BAU processes.
