Yes – we have partnered with TypeForm to build out our Project Briefing data collection process due to their security measures around keeping data safe.
At FL3P – we work with many different industries and verticals – however, information relating to your project stays within your project – we do not share project information between clients UNLESS you are two entities merging and we’re crafting your site design 🙂
We abide strictly by the Australian Privacy Principles and our Terms of Service include a confidentiality clause. We employ the latest technology including Single Sign On, PassKeys, SSH Keys and IP restrictions to control access our network and only authorised team are granted access to your project data when it’s required.
Once you’ve accepted our proposal, you’ll receive automatically a copy of the accepted proposal – which will outline the timeframes and deadlines associated with your specific project.
At this time, we will also issue our initial invoice for service. Payment should be remitted within 7 days of receiving this invoice, otherwise, we will not be able to lock in our project resources.
Once the invoice is assigned, your Producer / Account Manager will then schedule a kick off call to discuss the next steps of our FLARE process!
Given that we’ve now had our Discovery Call and you’re about to complete your brief – what we can say is that once we receive a completed brief, you will receive a notification that it’s been submitted. Then – depending on timelines discussed within our discovery call, we typically aim to issue a proposal ready for you to accept within 72 business hours of your submission. This may be longer or shorter, depending if we need further information, need to conduct more research or for other matters. If you have any questions during this process, please reach out to your account manager / contact at FL3P.
Through our online, secure form, you will provide the following information:
– The Basics about your business (Name / Contact / Address etc)
– If you have a current website/email service, details about those services
– The core details of what your business does and why
– Your Customer Persona or Target Audience
– Details about who you view as competitors within your space.
And then we jump into the nitty gritty of your actual website specifications like:
– How you want users to convert into clients / customers / leads etc
– Key messaging and any primary actions you want users to take
– Key Objectives of the Website
– The design – give us details about your brand
– The new site design – let us know about sites you like and don’t like – even if they are not relevant to your industry.
The more information you provide our team, the better the customised solution we can build to ensure business success!
This is because we need to get to understand your business on a deeper level.
Here at FL3P, we’re not about band-aid solutions and we like to dig in to find the root cause of issues and solve them! Your website might be only the tip of the iceberg that is seen!
The more information you provide about how your business operates gives us the ability to find, where there might be other gaps you may require assistance on. For example, you might have an eCommerce site but customers are not buying. You might need to look at a conversion optimisation strategy to help guide your customers through the purchase process (much like an in-store sales person).
